With a new product idea waiting in the wings, Experian came to FIVE LINES with a brief to bring the idea to life through a simple, impactful value proposition. A brand new way for customers to get the cheapest possible car insurance quotes, simply by sharing a little more data.
From there, the next phase was to develop the product into a customer-facing prototype to test in market, mapping the entire user journey from start to finish.
And that’s how Experian Unlock was born.
